Loyalty?  'Just' loyalty?

Loyalty... it all boils down to loyalty, doesn't it?  

But, is it really just about loyalty... staying in the University amid all the attractive options?  Nah, it isn't just about loyalty... it's more of commitment, passion for teaching, and service to the Thomasian Community.  You can be loyal to the University even when you are physically away from it.  Conversely, you may be in the University, and yet your heart and thoughts are elsewhere... and your desire is to serve someone else, and that the University is just a "safe and practical" option - economically.  In that case, it is the University that is loyal to the faculty.
