Our Team took to Bangkok, Thailand to connect with our fellow educators in the Southeast Asian (SEA) region; to consolidate our efforts to be that great variety of rich cultures integrated in one community that is the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Only in 2015, there will be more and stronger cooperation - politically, economically, and culturally. As for education in the region, those in the education sector envision SEA to allow greater student mobility and productivity through mutual recognition of local education systems. Thus the holding of the SEA Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Congress in Bangkok, where SEA educators came together to listen to one another, communicate with each other, to make the 2015 ASEAN Integration work well in the SEA education sector. Our Team felt happy to be a part of the historical meeting. So, I thought I'd chronicle our attendance to the Congress here.
