The first semester of Academic Year 2010-2011 has finally come to an end... and I am free to go on vacation! Well, almost free... there are a few things that need to be done: "removal exam" for students who didn't make the "first cut" but did a few remarkable stuff in the semester, and therefore, deserve a "second chance"... the completion of grades of the same students, and a few research updates-related documents. Nevertheless, my craving for leisure reading and spending days sprawled in front of the TV - watching the Asian Food Channel, Sports Channel, NatGeo and
Travel Channel, Lifestyle TV (Fashion and Architecture), or movie marathon - until I'd be ready to hit the kitchen to do some yummy experiments or to explore the countryside for a breath of fresh air kicked in... and they won't wait!Books, maps, the cable box remote control and the ultimate artists/techie's toy - the iPad, of course - started to crowd my bed... and they make cozy bedmates, too... just because they induce very nice dreams! ;)
