Saturday photo
This is my last post for 2011! I think it has been a productive 'leisure writing' (if this could be considered that... *blush*) year for me. From a pitiful six posts in 2007, when I started this blog, to 18 posts in 2010, I've managed to find much needed relaxation time via this blog with 138 posts in 2011! Yaay! :) While my "regular" visits here this year started in springtime as a consolation while I silently battled to overcome a health-related challenge - a first - and it wasn't easy to take a full break from work to confront the challenge, it did make me realize that being kind to one's self is being kind to everyone around, especially to one's loved ones... and that taking care of our health is a way of showing our appreciation for the gift of life that our kind Creator has so generously given us. Now, the consolation has become a lifeline... and a "borrowed hobby" from my late mother has been revived... and it feels great! :)
Therefore, thanks, 2011! Farewell....
