It's either time really flies or I've allowed myself to be completely swallowed by that 'monster' called 'workaholicism'. Hmmm... nah, it's more like work has become impossibly too much, waaay too much! Regardless, I'm declaring tonight as "no work night"... that's why I'm here - blogging away.
Yep, March 2013, you're no easier than February 2013... but, for some reason, I like you. :) You make me feel like singing this...
"It feels good to be alive. I waited for this...
...Right here, right now, there is no other place that I'd want to be...
...right here, right now, watching the world wake up from history."
I guess it's true what many wise people say: the tougher things are, the greater the sense of fulfillment one feels as hurdles are cleared, one after another... for as long as we keep things light and simple, nothing personal. It feels great to see history unfolding right before your very eye... and you're a part of it all, in your own little, but not all that insignificant, way - dreaming about it one day, living the dream the next. And all this because you allow teamwork to work... because teamwork does work, and working is fun when you do it with a team that shares your vision and passion! All of a sudden, you are a part of a great force that can move mountains, rather than being a single arrow that pierce through the air but a-wanting of force to break through history. Hmmm.... come to think of it, February did bring many of this, too. Yes it did... the 2013 UST Engineering Week, for instance.
Ah, life is indeed beautiful... it is!

Don't cry for me, Argentina....
Alright, it's official... I luuuv Argentina. :) First of all, the new Pope, Pope Francis, is from Argentina, and his evident charisma and humility is refreshing. So, okay, he is not a Dominican but, hey, he has a degree in Chemical Technology and a Master's degree in Chemistry... that's close enough to Chemical Engineering, so he's cool, alright! ;) I can't wait for his reign in the Vatican to get in motion... a compassionate Pope who is a technologist and a scientist = awesomeness! Second of all, the incredible Lionel Messi is from Argentina... and, third of all, both Pope Francis and Leo are associated with the 'beautiful game' - football, of course! Oy, coolness!
Indeed, "right here, right now, there is no other place that I'd rather be... watching the world wake up from history."
'Blessed'... more than ever before, that's how I feel right now, just living this life that I have, and I thank God with all my heart.
