So, what do you know... one of my fave news magazines featured my fave footie team! Of course, I'm thrilled to find the notification in my inbox
today! :) The article is aptly entitled, "The Catalan kings, The management secrets of Barcelona Football Club". While managing the Club is the least of my concerns about Barҫa as I trust that Sandro Rosell and his cohorts know what they are doing, it's good to know that, as pointed out in the article, "Barça’s management style chimes in with the thinking of two admired theorists" - Boris Groysberg and Jim Collins. It just gets better everyday, this Barҫa admiration of mine. I just hope they don't jump into the "Roger Federer winning fatigue bandwagon" anytime soon... or even much later! :) Visca, el Barҫa!
